Sessions are 2 hours long and include external pelvic balancing, abdominal visceral work, scar work if needed, and internal pelvic release work, as well as pelvic anatomy. I draw on modalities such as myofacial release, uterine and visceral manipulation, mayan abdominal massage, reiki and orthobionomy. I hold deep respect for each person’s journey and aim to facilitate a softening, opening or release where the body is ready. We work together to learn more about what tension is being held, and explore the abdominal and pelvic spaces in a slow, safe and held way. People who might benefit from this work include those having menstrual or pelvic pain, painful sex, people preparing for birth, those healing from birth, people wondering what happened during their birth or wanting a different experience next time, those experiencing prolapse or pelvic pain with menopause, or those who are just curious about their pelvic space.
